Sec. 536-502. - Inspection of dangerous structures. The administrator as assigned by the deputy director of the division of construction and business services or his or her authorized representative may inspect any structure or building equipment reported or appearing to be defective, dangerous or damaged by fire, casualty or vandalism for the purpose of determining whether such structure or building equipment is safe and complies with applicable building standards and procedures.
