Columbus City Codes § 1143.06
in effect1143.06 - Surety bond.
Such parties shall furnish a surety bond satisfactory to the director of public service and/or their designee in the sum of one hundred (100) percent of the estimated cost of the proposed construction of pavements or repaving to guarantee the performance of the agreement.
