Section 110. Expenditure reports. Any public or private agency, authority, corporation, board or commission which receives city funds and is not otherwise subject to the requirements of section one hundred six of this chapter shall submit quarterly reports of the expenditure of such funds to the mayor in such form and detail as the mayor may prescribe.
