7.40.160 - Applicability of Article II provisions. The provisions of Sections 7.40.160 through 7.40.380, inclusive, of the ordinance codified in this Article II, shall apply to all persons and business operations which are required by this Chapter to have a professional animal handler permit. For purposes of Sections 7.40.160 through 7.40.380, inclusive, of the ordinance codified in this Article II: (A) The term "operator" means the holder of a permit and any person who operates a business described in this Section. (B) The term "primary enclosure" means the cage, run or other enclosure immediately surrounding an animal. (Ord. 5220 § 48, 2000)
