Sec. 6-88-3. - License requirements for wrecker services. A. No person shall engage in the business of providing wrecker services within the corporate limits of the city without first obtaining and keeping in force a license from the permits office to engage in such services in accordance with section 6-88-26(A). B. No driver shall operate a wrecker upon the streets of the city without first having obtained a wrecker driver's permit from the permits office. (Ord. No. 5133, § 1(part), 4-18-2006; Ord.
