Sec. 2-412. - Article cumulative. The provisions of this article are cumulative of all state and federal laws and other ordinances, civil service rules and regulations of the city. Without limitation of the foregoing, the provisions of this article shall not be applicable to the airport security systems established under applicable federal laws and regulations or to the municipal courts security systems established under chapter 16 of this Code, nor shall the provisions of this article be construed to limit more restrictive provisions with respect to the possession of weapons by city employees.
