Sec. 22.902. General Manager.

The Department shall be under the control and management of a general manager who shall be the Department’s chief administrative officer, exercising those powers and duties described in Charter Section 510 and Section 21.1 of this Code. The General Manager of the Emergency Management Department shall also be the Emergency Operations Organization Coordinator. SECTION HISTORY Article and Section Added by Ord.
