1.07.190 - Indemnification.

The Design-Build contract shall include a provision that requires the Design-Build Entity to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City and its officers, employees and agents from liability arising from the acts of the Design-Build Entity Members in connection with the performance of the Design-Build contract.
