18.090.020 - Final map timing.

Within 36 months of the date of approval or conditional approval of a tentative map, except for any time extension granted by the approving authority, the subdivider may cause the property or any part thereof to be surveyed and a final map to be prepared in accordance with the tentative map as approved and in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the Subdivision Map Act. A final map shall be filed with the County Recorder only after a determination by the Public Works Department that the conditions of the tentative map have been met. Such determination by the Public Works Department may be appealed to the City Council in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18.170 Appeals.
