19.427.050 - Modifications.

A. Modifications to site location, operation and development standards A, C, E, F, G, I, J, M, and N above for indoor vehicle wholesale businesses of less than 5,000 square feet will require consideration of a Minor Conditional Use Permit. B. Modifications to site location, operation and development standards A, C, E, F, G, I, J, M, and N above for indoor and outdoor vehicle wholesale businesses in excess of 5,000 square feet may be considered in conjunction with the required Conditional Use Permit.
