19.580.020 - Applicability.

A. These off-street parking provisions shall apply to existing and new developments. Specifically for all buildings or structures erected and all uses of land established within the City of Riverside, parking facilities shall be provided as required by this section. B. The off-street parking development standards shall also apply to all off-street parking facilities provided in the City but not required by this title.
