2.28.190 - Violations.

A. Any person who violates any penal provisions of Section 2.28.030 is guilty of a misdemeanor. B. In the event that the permittee violates any condition of the permit issued, the permittee may lose the ability to apply for a special permit within one year of the event for which the violation occurred and/or any event for which the applicant is the same as the permittee.
