3.12.010 - Title.

This chapter shall be known as the "Real Property Transfer Tax Ordinance of the City of Riverside." It is adopted pursuant to the authority contained in the Revenue and Taxation Code pt. 6.7 of div. 2 (commencing with § 11901) of the State of California and Sections 200 and 1107 of the Charter of the City of Riverside.
