3.49.110 - Modification.

Modification of boundaries, assessments, improvements and activities shall be subject to and in accordance with the procedures and requirements of the Property and Business Improvement Area Law of 1989 (Streets and Highways Code § 36500 et seq. and following sections) as enacted or as amended.
