5.15.120 - Response time.

A. When it becomes evident that there will be a delay in responding to a request for towing service, the official police towing service shall advise the Police Department of this delay and the reason for the delay. B. The maximum response time for any single request for tow service by the Police Department shall not exceed 30 minutes for light duty or regular towing services, and 45 minutes for heavy or special circumstance tow services.
