5.58.220 - Additional revocations.

An alarm user's permit may be suspended or revoked by the Police Department for any of the additional reasons: A. Failure to observe any of the administrative requirements or other regulatory provisions of this chapter. B. If knowingly false representations were made upon any applications or notice of change required by the provisions of this chapter. C. If the permittee has failed to pay any fees and/or penalties required by this Code.
