5.70.010 - Purpose.

It is the policy of the City of Riverside to encourage the production of motion pictures and television within its boundaries. This chapter provides the basis for the rules and regulations governing the issuance of permits for filming, video taping or related activity within the City of Riverside. This chapter is intended to ensure that filming/video taping is done consistent with public health and safety and the protection of property.
