6.10.090 - Public nuisance declaration.

Any violation of this chapter is hereby deemed to be a public health nuisance dangerous to health and may be abated by the enforcement officer, irrespective of any other remedy herein above provided. As an alternative measure the enforcement officer may file an action with the court to abate the public nuisance.
