6.26.080 - Subterfuge.

It shall be an unlawful discriminatory practice to do any of the acts mentioned in this chapter for any reason which would not have been asserted, wholly or partially, but for the fact that the person against whom such assertions are made has the medical condition AIDS or any condition related thereto.
