SEC. 41B.11. IMPLEMENTATION

The Agency shall have the power to interpret and implement this Chapter 41B. The Agency shall, within 90 days of the effective date of this Chapter, promulgate appropriate rules or regulations interpreting and implementing this Chapter, including the establishment of procedures to implement this Chapter, in a manner that the Agency deems most appropriate.
