17.48.010 - Application.

A. This chapter shall apply to all signs erected or maintained in the City of San José. B. No person shall erect, maintain or allow, or cause to be erected, maintained or allowed, any sign in the city except in strict conformity with this chapter, including in conformity with all conditions of any permit issued pursuant to this chapter.
