11.4.312: PANEL NOT QUASHED FOR IRREGULARITY:

No array or panel of any jury shall be quashed, nor shall any verdict be stayed or averted by reason of an informality or irregularity in the summoning or selection of the jury which, in the opinion of the court, is unimportant and insufficient to vitiate the return of the jury.
