6.12.701: DEFINITIONS:

The following terms, as used in this part, shall have the meanings designated, unless the context specifically indicates otherwise, or unless the meaning is excluded by express provision: DISPLACED PERSON: Any occupant who, through no personal fault, must move from real property as a result of that property not being in compliance with applicable housing codes found in this article.
