Section 3.1.9. - Decision-making.

A. Administrative approvals. Upon determining that an application and all supporting information are sufficient to render a decision, the Director shall take administrative action required by this code and approve the application, approve the application with conditions, or deny the application. B. Quasi-judicial and legislative approvals. Upon determining that an application and all supporting information are sufficient to render a decision and any inadequacies have been resolved, the Director shall prepare a report and recommendation to the appropriate decision-making or recommending body.
