Sec. 38-1. - Children's creative experience program.

The city manager is hereby authorized to organize and conduct children's creative experience programs in city parks and to charge a fee of $16.00 per child, with such preschool activities to commence in the month of October and conclude in the month of May, and such fee, to provide specialized instruction and supplies, to be payable upon registration or in a maximum of three installments.
