Sec. 10-103. - Additional requirements.

(a) If the applicant for a permit under the provisions of this chapter is a foreign corporation, the registered, authorized and qualified agent in this state shall possess the qualifications required of an applicant, as well as the person who is to conduct or manage the business, such qualifications to be shown by a sworn affidavit of each, together with fingerprints and photographs, as required of an applicant. (b) If the applicant for a permit under the provisions of this chapter is a foreign limited liability company, then the registered, authorized and qualified agent in this state shall possess the qualifications required of an applicant, as well as the person who is to conduct or manage the business, such qualifications to be shown by a sworn affidavit of each, together with fingerprints and photographs, as required of an applicant.
