Sec. 114-408. - Access.

To facilitate the certification process and to ensure fair access among competing employee labor organizations, the city shall provide reasonable access to any employee labor organization seeking to become the exclusive bargaining representative of a particular bargaining unit that meets the qualifications set forth in a resolution adopted pursuant to section 114-407.
