Sec. 30-103. - Same—Permitted if licensed.

Auctions of the type mentioned in section 30-102 shall be permitted if they are duly licensed by the city and after the licensee has complied, and continues throughout the period of his license, to comply with the provisions, rules and regulations set out in this article.
