Section 13.

This ordinance is passed in conformity with the provisions of MSA, Chapter 452, and on this ordinance becoming effective it shall operate and be binding as a lease on the terms, conditions and provisions as herein provided between the City and the Company. The City and the Company shall each, at the request of the other, join in executing a separate written lease of the premises herein described for the term and on the terms and conditions herein provided.
