339.40. - Enforcement.

Pursuant to the authority granted in Minn. Statutes Section 146B.02(9), the licensing official shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. The licensing official, after proper identification, shall at all reasonable times have the right to enter into and upon premises and inspect any tattooing or piercing establishment.
