51.200. - Permit required.

No person shall use any gas, as hereinbefore defined, for the purpose of fumigating or disinfecting any building, vessel, or other enclosed space without first obtaining a permit therefor from the chief of police. However, this chapter shall not apply to cyanogen chloride or cyanogen halide briquettes. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 183.030)
