583.30. - Zoning study.

The areas bounded by a one-half (½) mile radius around each station site, at the intersection of the Soo Line Right of Way and 16th Ave, Soo Line Right of Way and Franklin Ave, Hiawatha Ave and Lake Street, Hiawatha Ave and 38th Street, Hiawatha Ave and 46th Street, and Hiawatha Ave and 50th Street, and as shown on the map contained in the Petition No 264312 on file in the office of the city clerk, is hereby declared to be an interim zoning study area with respect to the changes in land use. The planning department is directed to commence a study of the effects of changes in land use and expanded application of site plan review criteria to parcels located within the study area and to propose such amendments to official zoning controls and other regulatory devices that the planning department deems necessary.
