87.120. - Exempt work.

Rehabilitation work undertaken by community planning and economic development (CPED) or its sponsorship may be exempt from requirements of this article deemed non-essential by the building official. All such exempt rehabilitation work shall be in compliance with the requirements of this Code when completed. (Ord. No. 2019-034, § 1, 8-23-19)
