89.20. - Purpose.

For the purposes of minimizing negative impacts that construction activities can have on surrounding areas, including but not limited to wrecking, major remodeling, and new construction, a Minneapolis Construction Management Agreement shall be required. (Ord. No. 2019-034, § 1, 8-23-19)
