Sec. 165.01. - Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings: (a) Agricultural vehicle means a commercial vehicle with a gross weight of less than ten thousand (10,000) pounds, used primarily for transporting agricultural products from farm to farm, and to and from the usual marketplace of the owner. (b) Agricultural products means unprocessed and raw plant products grown on commercial farms. (c) Growing season means the time period beginning on the first day of March each year, and ending on the last day of November each year.
