Sec. 74.01. - Partner's mini-grant program established.

There is hereby established for the city a partner's mini-grant program to be administered by the department of parks and recreation. The purpose of the program is to make "seed money" directly available to local citizen organizations for implementation of innovative and cost-effective neighborhood volunteer efforts in parks and recreation related areas.
