Sec. 2-1337. - Administration.

The system established by this division shall be administered by the retirement system provided for by division 2 of this article and shall be subject to and governed by the provisions of sections 2-1189, 2-1190, 2-1191 and 2-1192 as though reenacted in this division. Payments of members' and city contributions shall be made to the board of trustees of the employees' retirement system, who shall administer and pay benefits provided in this division. All cash arising from this system may be commingled with that of the employees' retirement system.
