Sec. 2-1408. - Regular session in division defined.

A regular session in division is when only one judge of the municipal court presides in division and is for the trial of cases and the transaction of all local business assigned for disposition to such division, and each judge at regular session in division shall have and exercise all the powers and functions which he might have and exercise if he were the sole judge of the court.
