Sec. 5-4. - International Mechanical Code adopted.

(a) [Adopted.] The International Mechanical Code, 2012 edition, a copy of which has been reviewed by the mayor and board of aldermen, be and is hereby adopted. (b) [Amendments.] The following sections are hereby revised: Section 101.1. Insert: City of Batesville. Section 106.6.2. Insert: current mechanical permit and fees as adopted and made effective 2/1/06. Section 106.96.3. Insert: "100%" in both blanks. Section 108.4. Insert: "Misdemeanor" in first blank; Insert: "$250" in second blank; Insert: "30 Days" in third blank. Section 108.5. Insert: "$250" in first blank; Insert: "$500" in second blank.
