Sec. 46-72. - Permit required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to construct or have constructed any sidewalk or curb which shall be wholly or partly within the limits of any street in the city until the owner of the property in front of which sidewalk or curb is to be constructed, or his/her authorized agent shall have made application in writing to the city engineer for a permit to do the work, and shall have received the permit.
