A mix of residential Uses of the following types can occur anywhere in the TND District, provided that single-family dwellings shall account for no more than fifty-five (55) percent of the residential units in the TND shall be as follows: 1. Single-family detached unit and attached dwelling units including duplexes, townhouses, and row houses; 2. Multi-family units including condos and residential units above commercial uses and live/work units shall be considered multi-family units; or 3. Special Needs Housing such as assisted living facilities and community living arrangements
