Sec. 7-261. - Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to establish regulations and controls relating to the use and installation of fire, burglary and robbery alarm systems within the city, in order to ensure efficient utilization of the city's public safety resources, to eliminate false alarms, and to improve response to genuine emergencies.
