Sec. 1-7. - Constitutionality.

If any part, section or subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Code, or its application to any persons or circumstances, is for any reason declared to be unconstitutional, invalid or unenforceable, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Code or their application.
