Sec. 2-45. - Information required.

All industries discharging into the City of Southaven Storm Drainage System shall provide the AEA with a copy of their notice of intent (NOI). A copy of the storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) must be kept on the industrial site and available for inspection and copying at reasonable times by the AEA.
