Sec. 36-274. - Exceptions.

Nothing contained in the provisions of this division shall be construed to prohibit the transit authority of the city, doing business as Metro Area Transit, from operating their passenger buses upon any streets or parts of streets within the city which are now or shall later be designated as bus routes; and nothing contained in this division shall be construed to prohibit any school bus company or school district from operating their school buses upon any streets or parts of streets within the city which are now or shall later be established as school bus routes.
