1.20.020 - Specified appearance date.

(A) Except as is otherwise provided in Subsection (B) of this Section 1.20.020, the time that is specified in such citation for the accused to appear shall be not less than five days after the issuance thereof. (B) Any person who is charged with a violation of any section which involves the parking of motor vehicles, the violation of which is declared to be prohibited or unlawful or an offense or a misdemeanor, shall answer the citation therefor within twenty days after the issuance of such citation by appearing in the Las Vegas Municipal Court within such period, post bail in an amount that is provided by the bail schedule that is established by such Court for the offense with which such person is charged and enter a plea with respect to the offense.
