11.54.080 - Unattached trailers.

It shall be a violation of this Chapter to park any trailer, trailer coach or other unattached vehicle which is capable of being towed by a motor vehicle in any parking meter space except: (A) An unattached vehicle used as a temporary traffic control device to display messages directing traffic during emergencies or construction; or (B) By means of a special permit issued by the City Traffic Engineer.
