Sec. 2.010 - General provisions.

1. The municipal government and the legislative power of the City is vested in a City Council which consists of a Mayor and one Councilman from each ward. 2. Members of the City Council may vote on any lease, contract or other agreement which extends beyond their respective terms of office.
