20.08.200 - Director of Public Works—Development drainage procedures.

The Director of Public Works shall implement and maintain drainage procedures for subdivision, minor land division, planned unit development and building permits with the objectives of: (A) Requiring the identification and resolution of drainage problems at an early stage of planning, while other factors are still sufficiently flexible to accommodate adjustment; (B) Insuring the adequacy and currency of the procedures in implementing the City drainage master plan and the provisions of this Chapter.
