6.44.070 - Seating.

(A) During operation, occupancy of the animal-drawn vehicle shall be subject to the size and occupancy limitations contained in this Chapter, and in no event shall exceed the manufacturer's rated seating capacity for the vehicle. (B) No person shall be allowed to ride on the animal itself or ride anywhere on an animal-drawn vehicle other than seats inside the vehicle.
